By placing an order with Caterfresh Design, you agree to these terms. Orders are confirmed once payment (or a deposit, for quotes) is received and a digital proof is approved.
When you submit a logo, image, name or other artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. You're responsible for ensuring your artwork does not infringe any trademark, copyright or other right. We may decline to produce any design we believe is unlawful, infringing or offensive.
You retain ownership of artwork you provide. Designs and mockups we create for you remain ours until your order is paid in full, after which the finished design is yours to use.
We provide a digital proof before production. Once you approve it, you accept the design as shown — including spelling, colours and layout. Custom items are non-refundable after proof approval (see Shipping & Returns).
Prices shown in the design studio are estimates based on your selections. Final pricing for bulk, corporate or custom-artwork orders is confirmed in your quote. Quantity discounts apply as shown at checkout.
We work hard to match colours, but screens vary and printed/engraved results may differ slightly from what you see online. Approve your proof carefully.
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order — your name, contact details, order information and any artwork you send. We use it to communicate with you, produce and deliver your order, and keep records.
