Production & turnaround

Every item is made to order, so timing depends on the design and how large your order is. We'll confirm a turnaround time when we send your quote, and keep you updated from proof approval through to delivery.

Large or corporate orders may need additional time โ€” we'll always confirm a timeline with your quote.

Shipping & pickup

You'll receive tracking details (where applicable) once your order ships.

Returns & refunds

Because every product is custom-made just for you, custom orders are non-refundable once a digital proof has been approved. This is standard for personalized goods โ€” the proof step exists so you can catch anything before we print.

If something's wrong on our end

If your item arrives with a production defect or doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll make it right โ€” a replacement or reprint at no extra cost. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo so we can help quickly.

What isn't covered

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually adjust before a proof is approved or production begins; once production starts, changes may not be possible.
